How to make fennel tea:
To make, you start by crushing about three teaspoons of fennel seeds.

You will end up with about one and a half teaspoons of the crushed fennel seeds and all you need to do is pour a cup of boiling water over them.

Allow the seeds to steep in the boiling water for five to ten minutes. Stir and enjoy!

Drinking a tea made with crushed fennel seeds is said to help to promote the secretion of breast milk in nursing mothers.
